Mini PC Reimaging Request
The Pulcro Recovery Tool USB image can be incredibly useful in a variety of situations where you need to restore your Pulcro Mini PC to its original factory state. Whether you've accidentally removed the recovery partition, replaced the hard drive, or simply need to get your system back up and running quickly, the USB image provides a fast and reliable solution. For enterprise customers, it offers an efficient way to quickly capture or restore multiple devices to a standardized configuration, saving valuable time and resources. It's also ideal if you're troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance, or preparing a device for a new user. With the Pulcro Recovery Tool, you can easily and securely reimage your Pulcro Mini PC, ensuring it's ready for use without the hassle of complex installation processes.
For security and abuse-prevention reasons, any unscheduled imaging requests require the submission of your device's serial number below. Once provided, our system will immediately authorize your (eligible) IP address (216.73.216.56) to access the imaging content on our servers. On the next screen, you'll find detailed instructions.
Please note: We recommend completing this process from the same network as the Mini PC to ensure the IP address matches. Please also have a USB drive with at least 256MB of free space available for this operation - preferably a blank USB drive or one where content can be deleted. By proceeding, all data on your Mini PC will be permanently erased. Please back up any important files before continuing.
