✅ What’s covered:
- Hardware defects and component failures
- Issues caused by manufacturing or assembly
❌ What’s not covered:
- Software support, troubleshooting, or reconfiguration
- Issues caused by third-party software or unsupported OS installs
- Physical damage, misuse, or electrical surges
- Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g. SSD lifespan)
This warranty applies to all Pulcro TurnKey models, including units configured with Home Assistant OS, Proxmox, FreePBX, Windows 11, or No OS.
