While our 24-month limited hardware warranty covers most manufacturing defects, there are important exclusions:
❌ Not covered under warranty:
- Software support (setup assistance, configuration, OS reinstall, or updates)
- Issues caused by third-party software or unsupported OS installations
- User damage – including drops, spills, overvoltage, undervoltage, abuse or misuse
- Power-related damage from unstable outlets or surge events
- Normal wear and tear, including SSD lifespan, fan bearings and cosmetic wear
- Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs not performed by Pulcro.io
- Shipping damage after delivery (unless reported immediately)
