To return your device to factory software settings, you’ll use one of Pulcro.io’s recovery tools. Here’s how to do it:
🛠 Option 1 (Easiest): Pulcro Fresh Start (Recovery) Tool
Use this tool if your Mini PC still boots and has the recovery partition intact.
- Connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse (temporarily).
- Boot into the Pulcro recovery environment (either from the boot menu or preinstalled recovery launcher).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to restore your Mini PC to factory settings.
- This will erase your current OS and reinstall the original (Home Assistant OS, Proxmox, FreePBX, or Windows 11 Pro).

🔄 Option 2 (Moderately Easy): Plan B USB Reimaging Tool (for tougher cases)
Use this tool if:
- Your Mini PC won’t boot properly
- You’ve replaced the SSD
- The recovery partition is missing or corrupted
Steps Overview:
- Visit the Reimaging Tool page
- Download the correct image based on your device
- Flash the image to a USB drive (256MB or larger)
- Boot your Mini PC from the USB
- Follow the guided process to fully reimage the system
