How can I restore the device to its factory settings?

To restore your Pulcro TurnKey Mini PC to its original factory software, you’ll use one of our dedicated recovery tools depending on your situation:

🛠 Option 1: Pulcro Fresh Start (Recovery) Tool

Use this if your system still boots and the recovery partition is intact.

1. Connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
2. Boot into the Pulcro Recovery Environment from the boot menu or preinstalled launcher.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your device.
4. This will reinstall your original OS (Home Assistant, Proxmox, FreePBX, or Windows) from the included recovery partition.

🔄 Option 2: Plan B USB Reimaging Tool

Use this if the system won’t boot or the recovery partition is missing or corrupted.

1. Visit the Reimaging Tool page
2. Download the correct image based on your Mini PC model
3. Flash it to a USB drive (256MB or larger)
4. Boot your Mini PC from the USB
5. Follow the prompts to perform a full system reimage
