To comply with Microsoft® OEM licensing requirements, all orders that include Windows® pre-installed must ship with:
- A genuine Microsoft® DVD-ROM installer
- A valid OEM license key
- Both sourced from a U.S.-based Microsoft® Authorized Distributor
This adds a fixed cost to every Windows-equipped Pulcro TurnKey Mini PC – and it’s included in the final price you see.

We can ship your Mini PC blank. You can install Windows or any other OS on your own. Supporting drivers are available on our website.

This version is typically $30 cheaper than Windows® 11 Pro. Just email hello@pulcro.io and we’ll adjust your order.
Have your own Microsoft® licensing?
If you’re an IT department or organization with a volume licensing agreement, we can skip the preinstalled OS and support your internal deployment as part of a structured IT project.
⚠️ A word of caution about “too good to be true” Windows PCs
If a Windows® Mini PC seems suspiciously cheap, it may be using:
- Unlicensed or pirated keys
- Cracked images that bypass Windows activation
- Expired or reused volume licenses (illegal outside enterprise environments)
This could expose you to:
- Deactivation by Microsoft
- Legal liability for license violations
- Security risks from tampered OS images
