Depending on your situation, there are three ways to reset your Pulcro TurnKey Mini PC:
1. BIOS Reset (when your device won’t boot properly)
If you’re not seeing a boot screen or suspect a BIOS issue:
- Power off the device.
- Use a fine-tip pen to press and hold the reset button near the power input for at least 5 seconds.
- While holding, turn the device back on.
- Once booted, you may need to reconfigure BIOS settings such as date, time, boot order, or any prior customizations.
2. Pulcro Fresh Start (Recovery) Tool
This tool resets your software to a clean factory installation (Home Assistant, Proxmox, FreePBX, or Windows).
- It uses the built-in recovery partition, if available.
- Best for scenarios where your system still boots into the recovery menu or USB.

3. Plan B USB Reimaging Tool (for tougher recovery scenarios)
Use this option if:
- Your system won’t boot at all
- The recovery partition is missing or corrupted
- You’ve just replaced the hard drive
